Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Protective films must be intact, with no signs of use (e.g., scratches or wear on frames or lenses)

Return Shipping Costs

Our fault (defective, incorrect, or damaged item): WaveLens covers return shipping

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for the refund to be processed.
